Bootstrap Trust Root

The sole strategy is a signed native stage0 selected per OS/architecture. Its artifact, detached signature, public key, SHA-256 and format are pinned by toolchain/bootstrap/stage0-manifest.json and verified offline before execution.

The accepted chain is stage0 → bootstrap compiler → stage1 → stage2 → release → bin/vitte. Stage1/stage2 byte parity, repeated-build reproducibility, and rejection of payload/self-copy markers are mandatory.
